The Challenge

The challenge for the client is to effectively collect and dispose of unwanted medicines from households, as required by the law.

They want to provide a safe and convenient way for patients to get rid of their unused medications. To achieve this, they plan to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, a software solution that helps manage sales and customer relationships.

They also want to integrate their existing website, built on WordPress, with Salesforce. Additionally, they need to optimize their internal processes, such as merging accounts and orders, and improve error handling.

The Solution

We made some improvements to the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to meet the client’s needs.

We combined and improved some processes to make them work better and faster.

We moved from using a tool called Process Builder to using a different tool called flows, which helped us streamline our workflow.

We added a feature that allows the merging of different accounts together, making it easier to manage customer information.

We created a framework that helps automate certain actions, making the system more efficient.

We reworked some triggers (which are actions that occur when certain events happen) to make them perform better and faster.

The Result

During the project, several client business processes were automated, including sales processes, service management, calling, inventory management, and order management. Custom reports and metrics were developed, enabling the client to generate insights and analyze data to improve their business operations.

The project was completed within the timeline of 3 months, and the client was able to generate custom reports and metrics to gain insights into their operations.

The Salesforce implementation streamlined their sales processes and improved their overall efficiency in managing unwanted pharmaceutical products
