  1. Attorney Expenses Management – Manage the attorney expenses within the CRM to keep the track of budget, allocation and utilization.
  2. Custom Reports and Dashboards – There were plenty of custom reports and dashboards to have a visibility over the number of efforts and activities performed by the team.
  3. Activity Management – Custom Calculations based on the given scenarios like – No. of calls, appointments made by the attorneys.
  4. Sales Engagement empowers teams to activate every sales channel via a single app that lets users access, manage, and update CRM data.
  5. Closed Matter Case – This was built by using triggers, flows and LWC to manage the closed matter case. Litify had certain limitations which were not allowing to get the desired results. We built a custom functionality which incorporates around the fields around closed matter case and provide required results.
