The Challenge

The firm needed to customize the Litify package to enable efficient call logging and to manage and verify expense data associated with their business processes.

Multiple configurations were required to align the Litify package with the firm’s specific business processes, necessitating in-depth understanding and careful implementation.

They had their data stored in AWS and they were not able to download directly to their system from AWS.

The Solution

A comprehensive analysis of the Litify package was undertaken to identify its existing configurations and to resolve any issues that arose.

We created a back up where we had all of the files and folders backed up in Dropbox directly AWS and sync it.

A new site was created to facilitate the bulk migration of account and contact data, streamlining the data management process.

Custom rollups were implemented to automatically update fields on matter and intake objects, reducing manual effort and ensuring data accuracy.

The existing flow functionality was reviewed and modified to enhance the management of expense amount data.

Flow configurations were established to create related records based on the record type, enhancing the data organization and accessibility.

The Result

The customized call logging and expense management functionalities were successfully integrated into the Litify package, meeting the firm’s specific needs.

The deployment of declarative roll-ups streamlined data updates on the matter object, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.

The law firm is now actively using the enhanced Litify package configurations to optimize their business operations, resulting in improved workflows and client service.

Based on the success of this project, the firm has extended the customization to other intake objects, demonstrating the scalability and versatility of the implemented solutions.
