How an idea of streamlining data duplication converted into a Salesforce AppExchange tool!

The Challenge

• Implementation of the project was to identify and manage duplicate records in their Salesforce environment.
• The project had to be developed using custom functionality of Salesforce technologies and integration with various external systems.
• The most significant challenge was the time-consuming process of loading duplicate records on the page. To address this issue.

The Solution

• The Java side sent only the duplicate records, which were stored separately.
• Unique records were filtered on the Salesforce side and added to the Unique Page.
• When users clicked on the Dedupe button, all the data, including duplicates and unique records, was sent for further processing.
