The Result

The project successfully automated various client business processes, including workflow automation for task assignments and follow-up tasks for new patients.

The implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with the integrations with EHR systems and Cloud Maveninc, enabled the client to provide collaborative care planning, patient engagement, data management, care coordination, and reports and analytics capabilities.

The project was completed in approximately 14 months, and the client reported improved patient care and outcomes through the use of innovative technology solutions provided by Salesforce.
